Stampe 3d grip, elastici che garantiscono il miglior comfort, senza compromettere le prestazioni.

Product Features : Concept masterpiece composed by Cycling short and jersey, made with special recycled fabrics and elastics to show the different technologies available at MAB.
Fabrics clean cut with grip 3d print, unique elastics for best comfort, without compromising the performance.

BIBSHORTS The right leg is finished with art.AERO/75, the mesh ultralight silicone free gripper. The left leg it’s art Thun/750 clean cut fabric with injected 3d silicone gripper.
The Straps are are made of 2 products.
left is art STP6/45, the invisible knit power band to enhance breathability,
right is art WAVE/3545, the mesh with combined widths to distribute the compression on your shoulders and unload the back.

Jersey Ultra light and fresh recycled fiber fabric, biodegradable bonded labels and laser cut ventilation armpit area.
arm elastic made with Art STP4/55 Ultralight to keep sleeves in place and giVe a signature tanning effect. Full dyed in color.
Back-tail gripper made with art BN27/45SC the compression 3d-scuba elastic with wicking performances and High definition silicone print.
Graphic Printings made with inkjet direct print on fabric, to reduce wastage and improve durability.
Sewing lines are studied to give maximum streNght, comfort, stretch, focused on end-user fit sensations.
Reflective transfers are custom laser cut and bonded
Components production – fabrics and elastics made 100% in italy, using naturally resourced energy – solar and gas - with minimum carbon foot print impact, 80% reduced water consumption.

Sport Prototype developed for performance cycling. These technologies are suitable for other sports as triathlon, running, swimming.
